Steep learning curve

It has been, what, a month, since I first created this site. A month feels short, but the learning curve has been really steep. From figuring out how a newsletter works to deciding what should go onto my social media, it sure feels like the full-time job a lot of authors have said it is.
But it's fun.
Sometimes, I lament that I didn't choose some IT-related major during my university days or do more social media. Nor am I any kind of design expert (please pardon the terrible stand-ins of a cover until I can find someone to design them).
But I'm slowly figuring out my way.
Youtube is such a wonderful source of education, even if I do have to pay a subscription to remove the ads. So, if you aren't on it, do go on. And no, I'm not on there, so see? No conflict of interest here. That's where I spend most of my time learning aside from books (what author doesn't read?)
Speaking of reading, I'm currently enjoying Meatbun's Case File Compendium. For those who don't know Meatbun, well, all I can say is, you're missing out. Generally, I don't read Chinese novels (other than abridged versions of traditional classics), but ever since encountering Mo Xiang Tong Xiu's The Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation, I realized I'm missing out. One day, I'm going to get around to Louis Cha's books, even if I've watched the wuxia shows that have been re-done to death. It just proves how timeless his works are.
Well, onto more learning!
